The goal of this project was to design a comprehensive Scrum Poker (also known as Planning Poker) application, including both a mobile app and a website. This application aims to streamline the estimation process during Agile sprint planning meetings by providing a simple, intuitive, and effective tool for team members to vote on task estimates.
